A chance to get what I’ve got from Restorative Practices

Without wanting to transcribe the short video below there are two key benefits I’ve taken from becoming a Restorative educator:

Firstly, I sleep better!  Yep – the art of practicing restoratively means that the gap between my purpose and my practice is narrower.  This means that I go home every day feeling aligned and ethically safe.

Secondly, it works!  Believe me – I wouldn’t be advocating anything to you that isn’t going to make you more effective in the short and long term.  Allowing Restorative Practices to impact my instructional model is simply the most powerful career decision I ever made.

Which begs the question, NSW Teachers and School Leaders – would you like a piece of that?

If so just head to this link and register for a day on Friday 26th April that’s going to change all of your days after it.
